Expected Behavior

Call clasp run without params.
View a list of possible functions.

Actual Behavior

"The caller does not have permission"

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Create a project with a Cloud Project set up.

So this is a multi-login issue.

When you're logged in to multiple accounts:

clasp login
clasp login --creds

We need to make sure they are the same, or else things will break.
