We should build out the documented hiring process in the Playbook.

  • interview questions
  • criteria
  • structure of the session(s)
  • expectations
  • format

Reflect on what should be publicly visible in the Playbook versus what should be linked to in a Google Document that's in the Invo firewall. But maybe we should reveal our criteria, questions... ?
