The arrow seems to indicate an external link maybe? I'm opening this up more for conversation than presuming any authority in the matter.

Also, are the tags themselves headings with a list of pages underneath? On Desktop, the tags are 24px and each page link is 25px, so I'm not sure these visual cues work to help the user to make the distinction....
