Can not navigate to parent folder on a network drive

Hello,

I have an issue with plugins (for example vfxeditor or penumbra) using the file explorer/file dialog/file picker (I don't know how to call it) when browsing a network drive. I think the issue is from Dalamud but I am not sure, can you confirm it please?

The bug is as follow:
If I go to a folder on a network drive, I can navigate inside it and I can go to subfolders, but as soon as I try to go to a parent folder, then, it is not working anymore, I can not navigate anymore inside the network drive unless I go inside a local drive and then back to a network drive.

On Penumbra, the file path become empty and I can not navigate to subfolders anymore:

On VFXEditor, I got moved to a local drive:
If I am in:
\\alex-ds423plus\home\Games\FFXIV\FFXIV Mods
And I click to go to the parent folder, then I am moved to a wrong path that does not exist:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\game\alex-ds423plus\home\Games\FFXIV
