Unnecessary dependencies in httpbakery package

The "github.com/julienschmidt/httprouter" dependency is brought into the httpbakery package just for the convenience of creating http.HandlerFuncs.

This convenience isn't holding its weight. We should remove it to prevent bringing in a new dependency for us to maintain.
