When browsing repositories, no matter if its in the explorer of all repos on the instance or at the profile or orgs page, there is no option to filter the repositories by language. There is already a indicator which language is dominant in the repo

so you could just make those clickable to filter by them

We also need to add top 10 language labels here.

These are already clickable #18430

It would be nice to have the Languages section on the side like Github does where you can click on a language and have it list all files matching that type.
