Provide full width split diff in Pull Request/Files Changed tab

Description

When viewing the files changed in a PR the split view does not resize full width. When viewing a commit it does. I've provided some screenies:

We really love gitea but this makes reviews unnecessary hard. Is there an update regarding the milestone for this change request?

The commit diff already does this for split view, but the Pull Request still doesn't. IMO thats the more important location to have this.

I open dev tools and modify the css to make the layout full-width. It would be very helpful if this was the default.
