If you create a new terminal using the Add terminal automatically shortcut it is not focused when the mouse cursor if over the old terminal when Focus a terminal when the mouse moves over it is enabled. This is counter intuitive. Usually, when you create a new terminal you want to immediately focus it. What is more, the behavior option says ... when the mouse MOVES over it. And in this case, there is no mouse movement.
