It looks like you have Loading TIMP package: FAIL error. I have the same issue after I reinstalled R...

OK, try to to enter library(TIMP) in RGui command line. Will it load the TIMP correctly?

Some dependencies of TIMP is broken, apparently starting from viridis, giving TIMP load FAIL message. Only option now is to replace the existing R libraries with those from an R version that has a working Glotaran. Use .libPaths() command in R to locate the libraries. I did it from a Windows 8 machine that has R 4.1.1 and made Glotaran work on a new Windows 11 computer.
