Licensing undefined in PyPI package #27

Noting that the Apache-2.0 licensing is not defined in the PyPI package for 0.6. All you get is:

./PKG-INFO:License: UNKNOWN
./flake8_logging_format.egg-info/PKG-INFO:License: UNKNOWN

The readme is also missing from the PyPI web interface.
