Title says it all, can this work with Rouge instead of pygments? https://github.com/jneen/rouge

I prefer to stick with all Ruby solution :)

@allaire yes, you can write your own custom filter. See the docs here. If you decide to release it as a gem, please following the naming convention, html-pipeline-rouge in this case.
