There have been some necessary changes to the pipeline over in github/github...just want to create as a TODO to make sure they get merged onto here at some point.

yo @rtomayko do you have a script to automate this or are you just git-aming by hand? If it's the latter I can make it happen.

I just run git format-patch --stdout and then use the diffstrip and diffprefix stuff attached to this gist to manipulate the paths:

Sometimes its more trouble than it's worth but it works surprisingly well once you run through it a couple times.
