Re-Fetch Profile Name / Image

A refresh button on the drop down beside the channel which will re-fetch the profile picture and name.

🎤 Why is this feature needed ?

When the profile name / image changes, it does not propogate into Postiz automaticlly.

✌️ How do you aim to achieve this?

I want this feature to add a button to the dropdown which will trigger the same fetch logic as on initial channel add.
