Integrate Monaco Code Editor #1

The current code rendering for the mdBook is very simple and using the default code editor included with mdBook.

Ideally we could use the Monaco editor to create a way better experience for the user using this.

Would we still want to keep the simple editor as a fallback if there are any issues with Monaco?
