Hello! This look like a problem with the underlying UI framework we're using.

sudo apt-get install ttf-mscorefonts-installer

Could you try that command to see if it fixes your problem?

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ttf-ms-fonts

used this package on the AUR and it worked.
