Resource table: Set capactity to base resources on multiple selection is confusing

The "Set capacity to base resources" dialog when more than one resource is selected is confusing to use. What it displays is a list of the union of all base resources for each selected resource. Then, after a capacity value is entered in one resource, it applies that capacity * the number of base resources it has.

I believe each selected resource should have its own list, so that it is more clear what each does and each one can provide its own capacity volume to the base mix.
