Weird symbols appear when I press Control + L.

I have no idea how to reproduce this thing, but it happens once or twice a day when I press control + l. I am using ghostty on mac os.

Can you provide the following info?

1. Ghostty version (output of ghostty +version)
2. Result of echo $TERM
3. Your keyboard layout?

My first guess is this is a terminfo issue, info above will help clarify that

Oh, I should have mentioned I held ctrl. If I press & release I get the same as you

I have just encountered it again. Here are the logs:

Oh, I have just found out how to reproduce it. It has nothing to do with control + l. Any time I press control + enter ;5;13~ appears on my command line.
