RAM speed vs cores count

What will be faster for big local llm epyc 9335 cores (32(64)) clock 3.0 4.4 RAM 6400 or epyc 9654 cores (96(192)) clock 2.4 3.7 RAM 4800 with 64GB * 12 RAM and 4090 and 5090?
First has 614.4gb/s ram and high clock, second 460.8gb/s ram and 3 times more cores.

I haven't used either so can't say for sure, but maybe try find some benchmarks for the 9335 first, it only has 4 CCD:s and might not be able to saturate the available memory bandwidth as well as say the 9355 does.

I also want to use pc for gaming and programming. I am looking at 9575f with 6400 ram after studying benchmarkes.

9475F is also an option, 12 less cores but still 400W TDP so I bet inference performance would be comparable to the 9575F.
