docs: update HOWTO‑add‑model.md for ModelBase

This patch updates the example in docs/development/HOWTO-add-model.md to
use `@ModelBase.register("MyModelForCausalLM")` and
`class MyModel(ModelBase)` instead of the outdated `Model` base class.
