Electrs returns fee -1 [Docker getumbrel/electrs]

Running BTC to XMR atomic swaps using configuration from:
https://github.com/UnstoppableSwap/asb-docker-compose

When calling estimate_fee, Electrs (Docker image getumbrel/electrs) returns -1 despite not showing any errors and bitcoind being 100% synchronized

Only warning that appears:

Hey @darkness-su - I'm not familiar with UnstoppableSwap, but we build our electrs Docker image from the romanz/electrs source code without any modification: https://github.com/getumbrel/docker-electrs/blob/c39ccbbdcd303b6fecda5971ea0854a57ad23690/Dockerfile#L12

I think your best bet will be opening an issue on the electrs repo: https://github.com/romanz/electrs
