The plugin only enable when Developer Tools is opened #1

Hi,
I tried to use this plugin on my image but I can only use it after open the developer tools with Jquery 3.6.0.

If I refresh the page with developer tools opened the plugin dont load.
If I refresh the page and the open the developer tools the plugin load.

Can you help me?
