In case the user avatar was parsed from Gravatar, the app uses the avatar field value erroneosuly.
It assumes that the value is a path relative to the portal root URL. This is true in case the user uploaded the avatar, but in case the avatar was parsed from Gravatar this field contains the Gravatar URL.
