New build profile 'unipi'

Create a new build profile called unipi :

• with this profile, a different conf.json will be used. All vehicles in this new file need to have the same gpsDis and gpsTime in order to register as much data as possible (1000ms, 0m may be good values. verify)
• the upload URL for this profile should be configured to upload CSV data to a specific service developed for this purpose( issue for this backend: Create a new application to upload RAW csv to save on disk smb-backend#64) . Some sort of authorization should be provided, maybe simply using a secret token inside a custom header.
