https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3869403507 is connected to a footway https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/389870278 and an elevator https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/394113571 but osmi repport it as unconnected nodes

This applies to all ways that end at an elevator. I think elevators should be recognized as a way terminator, i.e. they should not trigger this rule. But given the last commit in this repository is three years old I'm not sure this will change in the near future 🤔

Here is a similar change, shouldn't be to hard to do the same for elevators: https://github.com/geofabrik/osmi_routing/pull/12/files
