Include Kupo in CI providers mashup test

We have a Mashup.hs test module which compares output of same requests across different providers. We should be able to add Local node - Kupo provider in it as well. To achieve the same in an efficient way, we can either run Kupo to see limited matches and have a preprod node db image downloaded from some service.
