Get Moonfire working

@FinalSpartan on YouTube mentioned Moonfire NVR, which I hadn't heard of before.

It looks to be very lightweight, just sucking in H.264/265 streams straight from the cameras with no processing involved, so it can run on even older Pis without much problem.

I would love to try it out and see how it works for simpler use cases where you don't need object detection, Home Assistant integration, etc.

Just wanted to note that h265 is not yet supported. See scottlamb/moonfire-nvr#33

This is because only 20% of browser users have full h265 support as of today
