Implement Identify tool for vector layers

With the recent changes in #190, we fixed adding vector layers to the map with their WMS layer. They are effectively implemented as EarthEngineRasterProvider. We should review whether we want to implement another data provider for these vector datasets or whether we want to have multiple paths to identify the function of the EarthEngineRasterProvider, which is currently used for all types of Earth Engine geometries and images.
