I get an error when running the analysis/01_DBEN_biomee_XXX.R scripts:
analysis/01_DBEN_biomee_XXX.R
Error in `summarise()`: ℹ In argument: `sumBA = sum(DBH * DBH * pi/4 * density/10000)`. ℹ In group 1: `PFT = 1` and `year = 511`. Caused by error: ! object 'DBH' not found Run `rlang::last_trace()` to see where the error occurred.
DBH is uppercase in your analysis and lowercase in the rsofun outputs.
Does this have to do with the fact that I use a rsofun version that is not compatible with your scripts?
