Gmail login page with multiples accounts

Hi,

many thanks for keefox! It is a real improvement and necessary tool :)

Issue:
I have a problem with that gmail login ****: They made two different pages for username & password.
This cause two issues:

1. If you manually type your login (not selecting it into keefox), then hit keefox bar with not the same account, you will be logged in with the account selected into keefox. If you type password manually it is almost random (first one in keefox list?)
2. You cannot log in into an account not known by keffox.

Step to reproduce:

1. Wrong login:

• type "foo" into gmail login screen,
• select "bar" into keefox list,
• You will be log in as "bar".

2. New account:

• account "foobar" is not know from databse,
• type "foobar" into login prompt,
• type your password into password prompt,
• login is refused because keefox send another username.

Informations:
I always use gmail in private mode so account are not saved.
I can provide any other information you need.

Use case:
Firefox ESR 52 on debian 8
Not really using windows anymore but can test too.
