Question: Differentiate between search and suggest/typeahead? #182

The current ConceptSearch appears to show typeahead suggestions, but actually delivers only the labels of search results. Maybe there should be a differentiation between the typeahead suggestion (only labels) and an actual search (maybe with additional info about the results).

Also have a look at Digitaler Assistent for comparision how search is implemented there.
