User Story

As organisation member I want to have a contact book when creating a spending proposal so I can select a valid and correct address from it.

Acceptance Criteria

1 input field: "Amount" - add button size M with "Max" on it (Treasury Balance -2)
2 input-able field "send to Address" with dropdown (from MUi use https://mui.com/material-ui/react-autocomplete/ -> Virtualization as base) with all the addresses from the polkadot.js addressbook

Additional Information

How to test

  1. Create spending proposal
  2. Try the max button
  3. Try the address book
