goal

automagical deployment of repository artefacts to update everything on the graph pipeline:

create build script to create dockerfiles for all services along the pipeline
create deploy script to deploy via docker-compose when new images are available
deploy to aws
create and update grafana dashboard monitoring instances
check if gitlab or github
