Feature Request: Improved Scrolling

It'd be nice if scrolling could be improved in some ways. Finer scrolling for partial stick inputs, horizontal scrolling, and perhaps configurable scroll acceleration would all make navigating various apps much easier. Some apps, particularly Discord, can be a big pain to navigate due to how much you scroll at once when trying to scroll
