"Workflows Import - Search" page needs case-insensitive search
Galaxy Version: 23.x (currently on usegalaxy.org)
Observed on: Friday, August 4, 2023 at 3:00 PM US-ET

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Workflows List'
  2. Click 'Import' button
  3. Search for (lower-case): vgp
  4. Confirm: 0/zero results
  5. Search for (upper-case): VGP
  6. Confirm: 1+ results

Expected behavior
Count of results should be the same for lower-case and upper-case.
