Describe the bug
Refreshing the page or direct linking a library folder page displays an empty page.

Galaxy Version and/or server at which you observed the bug
Galaxy Version: dev
Commit: 0a8eb4d

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Shared Data -> Data Libraries'
  2. Click on any library folder
  3. Reload the page
  4. A blank page is displayed

Expected behavior
The current library folder page should be displayed

Additional context
This probably broke with #13984 as the data libraries' routing may need some adaptations.
