검사 제외로 처리는 했지만, 추후 주소 변경등으로 접속이 안되는 경우를 발견하지 못하는 문제가 있다.
리스트에서 제외시키거나 awesome_bot 테스트가 필요해보인다.

이슈
선행 조건: Travis CI로 URL 검사를 자동으로 진행
이슈: programmers.co.kr/learn/challenges 501 오류 발생
해결: --white-list programmers.co.kr 화이트 리스트 추가 조치
