Repeat Timers issue

So we don't forget.

There is currently an issue with duplicate repeat timers after a monitor is disabled and re-enabled that causes multiple letters to be typed at once.

It got worse after: e620c16 and that commit has other issues like on Hyprland and kwin it seems the cursor does not get disabled/turned into a box on focus of another window anymore.

I don't mind taking a look at these issues and contributing a fix.
