A feature request to undo all deduplication in the filesystem.

Will work as a workaround for #84 (undo dedup & redo it again with logging).

Similar to btrfs dedupe disable with dedupe, according to this doc.

Maybe there's a way to use btrfs defrag to do this. I can't think of a reason why you'd want this, though.
