Binary utilities for Firewall Builder

These utilities are needed for the Windows build of Firewall Builder.

Please verify sha512sum and gpg signature.

$ gpg --verify SHA512SUMS.sig SHA512SUMS
$ sha512sum -c SHA512SUMS
