[Bug] - FwKebabMenu is unresponsive at times #915

Describe the bug
The Kebab menu's trigger button becomes unresponsive at times.

To Reproduce
There are no clear steps to reproduce it. Right now I have a clear repro and have made a video.

Expected behavior
On clicking the trigger, it is expected to open the popover and show the options within it.

Additional context
There are no console logs when this occurs.
