[tool.poetry] section not found in securedrop/pyproject.toml #7445

Description

Any poetry (version 1.3.2) is failing due to a missing [tool.poetry] header.

Steps to Reproduce

On Debian 12 (as of 2025-02-24) install python3-poetry.

Expected Behavior

Actual Behavior

$ poetry run ls

[tool.poetry] section not found in /home/user/securedrop/pyproject.toml

Comments

Simply adding the header fixes it
