Description

Towards freedomofpress/securedrop-workstation#600

Priority: High

We can build a securedrop-client Bullseye package, but the developer environment needs to be updated for the client to work and test suite to pass for Bullseye.

This is marked as high priority because developers will need to be able to debug and test any issues that come up with the SecureDrop Workstation client when QA'ing https://apt-test.freedom.press/pool/nightlies/s/securedrop-client/ for Qubes 4.1.
