Company Name Automatically Appends to Wiki Headlines and Cannot Be Removed

We are experiencing an issue where the name of our company automatically appends itself to all headlines created in the Wiki section of our Frappe website. This behavior occurs without any configuration on our end, and we are unable to remove or modify it manually.

This issue is affecting the readability and presentation of our Wiki content.
