Build for 1.9.3 and 10.16.2

Is it possible for you to update the repo for ruby 1.9.3 and 10.16.2 ?

I'm hoping to get the chef gems updated in the next 2 months. The ruby 1.9.3 update is a bit more challenging, as it requires not relying on the system ruby that ships with CentOS 5 or 6 (which this is generally intended to target).
