Unable to activate feeder backpack upgrade #17

The upgrade says to ctrl click to activate but nothing happens when I do that,

I checked to make sure ctrl had no special bindings and even unbound default usages to test if that was the issue.

My mod list is a little extensive (350ish) so posting it might not lead to anything unless you know what types of mods would interfere.
