Feature Request: possibility to add pictures to notifications / default interface for all adapters

It's possible, to add a pictures to a notification? and this can be showed in the app?
Like in telegram, pushover, etc.

Or/and make notification-manager as the default notification in iobroker, that there can send all adapters there notifications, and in the manager the user can select, which notification is send to which messenger..
( like backitup, alarm, device-watcher, meteoalarm, etc.. ) This is easier for the developer, they don't need to support 23 messengers in their adapter, only the interface to the notification-manager.)

For developers they can simple generate notifications - so yes this is already possible.

Regarding images this is currently not possible and we would need to think about how this could be a part of the core notification system.
