Allow custom values for crit/fumble on spell checks

Currently, spell checks fumble on a natural 1 and critical success on a natural 20. Would like to add an enhancement to allow custom values similar to weapon attacks. I.E. user can change it to fumble on a 1-2 and critical success on a 19-20 for spell checks.
