A way to provide faster answers and provide information to user with limited Internet access could be to provide DB dumps as a source for answers in SUSI.AI.

GOAL:
Get answers from Wikipedia and implement support for getting answers from a local Wikipedia dump (on the online server and on the local smart device user server).

This requires that we prepare and provide a dump for offline usage.
One good (another) source is also the wikidata dump, which can give nice precise answers for simpe keywords. It is required to shrink down the very large dump to an essential keyword lookup table, I am working on that.
