Feature Request - two-factor mandatory for all users

Add an option in the admin panel to make the two-factor authentification mandatory for all users.

I was just thinking about this topic again and i want to share my thoughts.

minimal implementation

• global setting for all users

advanced implementation (maybe for later)

• setting for resource
• setting for role
• setting for user

With this setup you can protect your resources in more detail. For example all user with role "admin" or a database resource can only be accessed with MFA enabled otherwise you will be redirected to the SetMFAPage.
