Fix aim direction on RPG #2

It's broken, and CrazyCarl's fix has fixed aiming downwards, but broken what wasn't broken before, which is the aiming upwards part. I also saw that it didn't change the issue when you crouch, so I'll have to make the crouching aim in the correct direction when facing downwards.

I'm working on it at the moment.
